On my machine, LV7 does not load LV7.1 build file correctly. An errors pops up everytime it finds a chance.
-Joe p.s. It is frustrating to keep multiple versions of LVs on a single computer. NI should at least consider to make the file format consistent among the minor versions of the same major version. p.p.s LV 7.1 does not work on Windows Me and 9x.
