Hello
Thanks a lot for the help. Yes, as you have interpreted my data is in
a 2D format with its first column linear. My original waveform is an
optical signal that is plotted as intensity v/s wavelength. I want to
use this as the input to LabVIEW and plot the histogram of this
signal. I don=92t want a complex histogram just a simple histogram is
enough.

This example has an input signal, whose histogram needs to be
computed. Maybe it can look something like the noise whose histogram
has been plotted in Running Histogram.vi example provided in Search
Examples. For the parameters of the histogram it would be intensity
v/s bin_width and since the wavelength (x-axis) ranges from 490 to 890
nm which is 400 nm difference it would be suitable to have 32 bins
i.e. a bin every 12.5 nm.

You are free to make any changes to the above. Please help me,

Regards
