power control unit interface problem

I'm trying to get my intellegent power control unit running remotely
through LabVIEW, but i'm having some slight problems. I want to make
it a continiously running program so that the user can turn on or off
the power to the outlets until they press the stop button. I've tried
looping with a while loop but that doesn't seem to work quite right.
Any suggestions?
