college student, In this case it would be really helpful to know which operating system you are attempting to install LabVIEW on. Make sure that you are installing your LabVIEW CD on a compatible operating system.
You may also navigate to the setup.exe file on the CD itself. You will want to open a file browser and open the LabVIEW CD within the file browser to find setup.exe. You can also click on =91Explore CD=92 link on the autorun page, navigate to the setup.exe file, and run it.
