Labview 6.1 on Suse 9.0

I have installed SUSE 9.0 on my computer and installed LabView 6.1. If
I start LabView as root-user, all works fine. But if start as a normal
user, I didn't see the Function-palette and the Controls-palette. I
have checked authrizations (owner, group, etc.) in /usr/local/lv61 and
/usr/local/lib. But all seems o.k. With SUSE 8.0 I didn't have this
problem.
