If you feel like putting yourself through a lot of pain and suffering, you could try the inport/outport functions. I did a little of this several years ago but I don't know how they would work with an OS like NT/2K/XP. I looked at Keithley's site and they do have drivers for C, Pascal, and Basic. Your best chance might be to use the C code in a CIN or create a DLL from it and call that.
