We are using the winutil.llb for a long time. We have it located in the user.lib folder and have always made a mass compile of the llb. This way we converted the llb from 5.0.1 to 5.1 to 5.1.1 to 6i to 6.0.2 to 6.1 and had never a problem using it and building applicatons.
