Hi Launchpad team, I would like to rename our project from python-higgins (https://launchpad.net/python-higgins) to higgins (https://launchpad.net/higgins) . Currently, the name "Higgins" is taken by Michael Frank (cc-ed) and I received an oral agreement from him to transfer the name to me. Could I know what are the steps to rename the project in this case? Thanks in advanced.
