I've tweaked utilities/update-sourcecode to make it faster. (Many of you are using update-sourcecode through rocketfuel-get or ec2test.) Now it consults a cache file to see whether it can skip pulling a branch. The one side effect is that if you update utilities/sourcedeps.conf, you should commit not only that, but also utilities/sourcedeps.cache. This is what allows us to skip remote lookups, and it must be up to date for this to work.
