Suppose that Canonical's evil geniuses have found a SHA1 collision between the text of the CoC and a text promising to be Mark's personal slave. We ask people to sign the CoC, then later mwah-ha-ha reveal that they seem to have signed the other text. I don't think this is worth putting in the ui.
