I get it all right on my standard texlive 2007 distribution which comes with
Debian Lenny, but not on texlive2009 and 2010 downloaded from tug, as siad on
the CTAN page http://www.ctan.org/pkg/ltx2x.
So it needs manual install (but it comes with mlatex2html, AFAIR).
