OK, I'm glad you got that sorted out.
With complicated pieces of software, the most likely reason
for failure is usually due to inability to find needed resources.
This usually means that a search-path has not been set correctly.

PS locally i can see navigation icons but when i upload it to the
server they are corrupted :(
Same kind of problem.
Have you set the $ICONSERVER variable, and uploaded
icons to the corresponding web-address ?
Most likely you have put a local file-system URL into
the HTML pages, (i.e. starting file://....)
rather than a universal URL (web-address)
(e.g. starting http://www. ...)
Without a sensible $ICONSERVER then only you can access
the icons on your own machine. No-one viewing from the web
will be given access to a local address.
Alternatively, use the -local_icons command-line switch,
to use a fresh copy with your job.
