Hi, I am using latex2html for manual construction for some years now and it is very nice. Ross has done a good job.
However, it is a bit slow, it could be robust, and it does not like Windows so much. Therefore, I think latex2html could benefit from some improvements and rewriting. I do not much about the internals though. I cannot do this myself but have some suggestions for what should be done. Moreover, I willing to donate some money. Therefore, I wonder if somebody else would be interesting such project either by doing work, donate money, suggest what should be done.
