Dear all: I've put a document explaining how to install latex2html in a W9x system with mikTeX at http://feynman.faii.etsii.upm.es/~seidel/l2h/l2h_eng.{html,pdf,tex} I've done it to show that it's possible and easy and rewarding, not to discount similar efforts like fpTeX.
