That is so sad to hear of the passing of Sallie. I remember , just before the Salt Lake City convention, a few years ago, that she emailed me, asking if my DH would like to chat with her DH while we were in class1 Yes Please, was my fervent answer!!!!!! The 2 guys got on well, and as Emmett had the car with him they were able to go out sight-seeing, which was Great. The following year, when Janet & Ralph were visiting them and they all came to Convention, the guys kindly took my DH out with them again, so I did not have to worry about him being on his own during classes each day.
Sallie was a lovely lady, and will be sorely missed. We were taken to the Cheyanne rodeo one year â a long time ago, - , where Sallie and Emmett were volunteer workers, - so I wonder if our paths might have crossed that afternoon, without us knowing !! (It was a Fun afternoon there, - even though it was a very wet day, weatherwise. We have such happy memories of it!) Regards from Liz.
