Hello, You can provide your help at different levels, but at the end the translations have to be applied via Pootle service. The process of becoming a volunteer-translator starts with subscribing to this list (empty message should do the trick). Instructions to create a Pootle account will follow the confirmation. I can see, https://translate.apache.org/hi/ , that the main application is almost complete, but help file needs work. You can also suggest translated strings before being able to log in.
