Translating the 'why' section, I've found this:
'Studies have proved it is easier (and cheaper) to move to OpenOffice
from Microsoft Office
than it is to upgrade to Microsoft's latest Office 2007...'
It's in xx package/why/why_easy.mdtext.
(Maybe in others too.)
I guess it's a bit out of date, so an update would 'keep the project
alive'. :)
Suggestion 1: '... than it is to upgrade from Microsoft Office 2003 to
Microsoft Office 2007/2010/2013...'
Suggestion 2: '... than it is to upgrade from Microsoft Office 2003 to
the latest Microsoft Office suite...'
or simply just
'from Microsoft Office 2003 to Microsoft Office 2007'
without the 'latest'.
I did not read those studies, but dare to think to the mess after
Microsoft Office 2003.
