The main aim for this release is to fix the ~90 bugs listed at
http://s.apache.org/AOO411-solved
If you link to the list in the Release notes, there is little more to be
said. If you list the individual bugs, you will fill up the page a
bit... but then you would have to translate all bug titles.
The English page is based on a template; in the Italian translation

we removed all empty sections and probably the English page needs some
cleanup too.
