I am on Windows Vista, and there seems to be a bug that does not allow
scrolling down the page. Thus I cannot see the page header part (using a
laptop 1280x800). The workaround I found is hitting F11 for the
full-screen view... The rest is explained in Andrea's reply.

You should have all needed permissions: open the CMS while you are on
the pt site, then find brand.mdtext and edit it. The main screen will
show a blank text on both sides, leave it empty. But below the two
empty textareas you have a "Page Header" section that you can edit as
you wish; then click "Submit" above it, and enable the Quick commit.
