There is "NepalDataScrapper" having a maintainer, but in fact no dictionary. Someone seems to have tried uploading an extension last year, but beyond a test with just the name and no content (that was archived therefore) nothing was submitted. Why don't you upload the extension yourself?
The advantage over other platforms like reposcope.com is that you get the "tight integration" in LibreOffice meaning per click on Tools > Options > Language > Writing Aids > "More dictionaries" (in this case) all extensions that are tagged respectively are listed for easy installation.
