Yep, would have been a problem for everyone - cause was removal of two pot files (dictionaries/es.pot and dictionaries/pt_PT.pot) - those were removed from the templates, but the files were not removed from the translations, but zip-export doesn't like that, and expects the pot to be present/fails otherwise. Solution was simple: I also removed the two files from the translations.
