Can someone please check bug 98531
(https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=98531) Croatian
dictionary update and guide Kruno on how to update it correctly.
Croatian dic wasn't updated for 6 years and it's seriously outdated, but
he would like to change some things and update some string until he
creates new one.
