Hi Shan, Just to add to Sophie's earlier note, there is already a LibO project for Sindi (see: https://translations.documentfoundation.org/sd/ ), although it is likely that it has stalled. Its coordinator is listed as Chandrakant Dhutadmal, also from CDAC. His contact e-mail is listed as cpdhutad...@yahoo.com (see: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Language_Teams ). As you familiarise yourself with localising LibO to Sindi, you may want to get in touch with Chandrakant, as well.
