OK, I filed two bugs: on OS X 10.9 420b2 Help menu command links to wiki help instead to installed help: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=72419
and the button opens website instead of help https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=72420 Please confirm for other languages, systems.
