If you want to translate them, you will only have to change the link to
your language when the file will be available in Pootle for translation.
At the end of the FAQ articles, there is also a sample file that
contains few words to translate.
BTW, I'm currently translating the whole FR FAQ to English, I'm almost
done with Writer.
