there is not Kazakh language there yet,

Bare in mind though that this will only let you localize some parts of
the CMS we're using. To have a functional kk.libreoffice.org website,
you'll have to follow the instructions found on
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/NewWebsiteNLT and prepare some content.
