Hi, Will RC3's transltions go to stable release or there will be an update for 4.0 release?
Btw i while checking the translations in my locale Turkish, and i see that, in Options -> Personalization the "Own Persona" option is not localizable as it has no string in Pootle.(search couln't find it) In a quick lookup i couldn't find the template manager. Is it not implemented yet?
