Hi, I'm resending this note to the mailing list, as I'm uncertain if the previous moderator is still active. The note I sent to Andas is appended below.
Best, -e. ---------- Forwarded message ---------- From: Elanjelian Venugopal <tamil...@gmail.com> Date: 31 July 2012 07:33 Subject: Re: Tamil (ta) Localisation To: Andras Timar <tima...@gmail.com> Dear Andas, Hope this mail finds you well. I am writing this note after a rather long hiatus from the Tamil localisation project for Libre Office. I am writing to raise a concern about the status of the translation. The deadline for Version 3.4.4 was Oct 23, and as of that date, the completion rate was as follows: untranslated: 991 words unchanged: 1,926 strings However, the status for 3.5 is stated as follows: untranslated: 7,466 words unchanged: 3,710 strings I'm writing simply to confirm if this is logical -- if as many new words and strings were introduced in 3.5 compared to 3.4.4. Many thanks for your help, and my apologies for getting back to you after such a long time. (Change in life circumstances.)
