Hi, I've noticed something for the Hebrew l10n packs, and wanted to confirm with the rest of you - the help->about window is always in English, although the strings are translated in pootle (a long time ago).
Tested in both 3.4.4 and 3.5.0-dev with Hebrew langpack.
