Ah ok I think I know where you went wrong. Uninstall LO, then
re-install. When it asks you whether you want Custom or Typical
installtion, choose Custom. There's a dropdown where you can then select
languages. Annoyingly, once you've installed it, you probably still have
to go to the Tools menu to change it.
I did some screenshots for my locale, have a look at

That should make it clear.

For User Interface Setting only four languages are there..
(Default) English (USA)
English (South Africa)
English (UK)
English (US)
No other option in User Interface dropdown.
But in Local Settings there are many except Bodo.
Please help i need to see my language.
