I just did it. For future reference, keep in mind that language admins can themselves edit rights of other contributors to their language. Both you and Miloš are sk admins now, so you can both promote/demote other contributors (and each other) as you see fit. :) Just look at the Permissions tab under https://translations.documentfoundation.org/sk/ .
