If I understand your problem correctly, then you need to download https://translations.documentfoundation.org/templates/extensions/export/zip Those are the en-US templates for extensions, however, they are in their native .properties format, because Pootle can handle this format, too. You can convert them to .po format with prop2po tool form the translate-toolkit, if you want. Please note that currently only NLPSolver is part of LibreOffice. The other extesions are not.
