I've granted you the admin permissions on Belarusian. Please note that
I've changed the locale code from be-BY to be. If you don't like that,
better say it now. :) If you do like it, there'll probably be a few more
places where you'll have to change this locale code. See the other thread.
Also, PLEASE list yourself or your team contacts on the wiki:
http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Language_Teams . You can also add
your contacts to the table at
http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Language, but that's not mandatory.
Those tables will hopefully be merged soon anyway.
