Hello, Clio, this is for Windows versions only - the main pack contains all UI languages in single installer (to shrink the mirror sizes), but without ANY help, even English one. When clicking F1 the online help in appropriate language should open. But English help opens all the time. Andras filed a bug for this after the RC4 was released but obviously it was not handled.
