Please create one at http://www.libreoffice.org/forum and post back when you have done so, and I will set you up with publishing permissions so that you can get involved in the creation and maintenance of pages relevant to your areas of the project.
I still have bookmarked a message from you containing info allowing me/us/someone to draft pages for i18n, etc. My suggestion would be that you and I should work on that together, making an appointment for a chat on IRC, so that we can arrive at content that fits your prerogatives, in nice English.
