The design team is about to finish its work on them, and they are
trying to get them in the version, but it's a bit late for the
developers point of view. So I don't know if it will be for this

What I meant was: if we're using icons from OpenOffice.org, we could at
least use the new ones, not old ones. Though I don't think we should
really have a public release with incomplete branding.
