Another locale file. After creating the glibc locale, I tough I have done the work :) My priority is to create a locale file for the CLDR Project (http://cldr.unicode.org/index) in february. After that I will do my best to get trough the ooo process linked above. I think the CLDR locale files are the way to go in the future.
