1. Is there any documentation regarding the procedure followed for the localization activity here for the l10n related activity for LibreOffice? 2. What is the process to select a lead? Is there any way to give preference to those who worked for OpenOffice? Localizing this office suit needs expertize and so what is the way to take the benefits of the localizers and experts already doing these work from long time? 3.
