You didn't mention the language you want to work on, so I will assume
it's Korean, like your Pootle profile says.
Korean already has a language lead (Jeongkyu Kim, cc'ed on the email),
so you should contact him about the appropriate rights. I grant them
too, but in that case I need his approval on this.
