Sure, by inspection, it is a trivial solution to this problem of random / un-controlled user editing / spamming - notice the help is not in the existing wiki, but a separate one anyway. OTOH - it seems like we have a tooling gap with the existing plan, so - lets see where that goes. It may even be that different languages prefer different approaches to help editing, wiki or not wiki - who knows; but the tool is there, and (to me) looks quite cool :-) and it provides useful search, and cross-linking for read-only on-line help today.
