Jim,

There is one way I know this happens, and I was just reminded of it
when I customer I had recently visited called me about one phone.
When uploading programming into the ksu, the lights may go out, I
think especially if the phone is in use at the time. Unplugging the
phone from the wall and plugging it back in brought it back up.
I don't know if this relates in any way to your situation, but it is
one I have seen.
