I am posting this again in the hopes that maybe someone with 'the knowledge' did not see it originally.
A problem which has plagued several Panasonic KX-TA624 phone systems in the past few months. It seems that when someone calls in on any of the incoming COs the DISA card will drop out in the middle of the outgoing message and disconnect the caller. There has been some success with re-recording the DISA messages but not always. If the caller is fast enough to punch in the extension before being disconnected it will go through. Panasonic technical support claims to have never heard of such a problem with these PBXs. Thanks Donald R.
