Hi all
I have two problems on a KXTDA 100 & would like to know if anyone has a way around them The system has a FRA (16 channels ISDN), 24 digital extensions, handsets are a straight mix of 7633 & 7665. Because they have a 16 channel ISDN line and half of the phones only have 8 buttons, I have assigned a loop key and 4 park keys on all phones in order to make the transferring of calls easier Problem 1. When a call is answered by the receptionist and she presses the transfer button and then rings an extension that has the auto answer button activated, the called extension can not be heard when they try to answer back. If the call is simply placed on hold and she calls the internal extension then she can be heard. Problem 2. When the operator answers a call and places it on a park key and then calls one of the internal extensions and tells them the call is on park 1, they can not pick up the parked call unless, A. they hang up and then press the flashing park key or, B. the operator hangs up first and then they can access the flashing park key. These two problems are causing me serious grief. I have contacted Panasonic UK and they have said they will look into it.
