Right. My experience too. As the explanation was relayed to me from the homeowner . . . . . "It will work but you will hear a series of click click noises" And that this problem is unique to the KX-TD line. At this point unfortunately That's all of the information I have to go on. I was thinking the problem might be in CPC or Open Loop Disconnect Timer ( from sandman's info page ) I have a number of clients on the broadvoice service and they have had no problems for over two years. The install is scheduled for the 11th. So any additional info at this point would be a help. I have met a few cable installers that "have a clue", most don't. 99.9% of the time, IF you can plug in an industry standard telephone set to the cable companies box, it will work with your phone system. The cable company box output goes into a CO trunk port on your phone system. That's all there is to it!
