Has anybody used the 'check in' and 'check out' guest billing on the KXTDA100. I have problem when a customer 'checks out' the information is not been displayed on the telephone. I am using the KXT 7636. The only option it is giving - is when a customer 'checks out' it is giving me the option 'yes or no'. It should show the call cost for the room and the option for editing or printing and invoice to a printer which connected to SMDR of the KXTDA100 version 3 software.
