Mark, It is hard to answer your question on the European 308 since the American version is different. In the US, Panasonic systems program speed call from the first extension, 101, by going into programming and dialing 001. On our 308 the numbers range from 00 to 99 and then the trunk access code and the number. The trunk access code by default is 9 for all lines, and 81-83 for the individual lines if your programming is the default one. Our hold music is option 111 (INTERNAL-EXTERNAL) Hope this helps.
