I don't know what you're looking at, but here we 
get our VOIP delivered with an Analog Terminal 
Adapter which has an RJ11 or RJ-14 jack on the 
box.  That plugs into the spare trunk port and 
gives you dial tone.  I have interfaced Vonage, 
and Packet8 boxes to Panasonic systems.
