Your telephone channel is typically 300 to 3000 Hz. DSL is transmitted
above 300 Hz.

Your problem could be one of two things:
1. Your DSL filter is located before the 816, or
2. Your receiving equipment cannot tell the difference between the 16 KHz
pulse and the DSL signal.

Place DSL on a different line. We almost always use the fax line.

Subject: KX-T: KXTD816 charging problems..

hello everyone..

so here is the problem.. any ideas would be welcomed..

there is a KXTD816 and up until now I was receiving from the Phone
Company a 16 kHz pulse in order to charge the hotel rooms.

Flash (program 413) was 96ms and in program 990 section 04, sixth place
was 0.

Since I activated an aDSL line on that I can't receive anymore the 16
kHz pulse.. Either the phone company cannot send it over adsl or the
KXTD816 can't receive it.

So.. is there anything I could try in programing? (I changed flash time
to 600ms and program 990 digit to 1 but nothing happened..)

Is there any program inside KXTD816 that I can activate time charging
(per minute in example) so that I can do that localy?

Thanks in advance
