It's not rocket science. Plug the 7130 into port 1 (ext 11) and plug your first line into the first CO port. Now plug your other phones into any of the other ext jacks. Turn on the power and your display phone should light up, and the cabinet lights should light up and click after a few seconds. You now can pick up a phone and press line 1 and get dial tone. If you got a manual, the program switch is inside the cabinet. If you didn't get a manual, the program switch is still in the same place, but the manual is at pdf.textfiles.com/manuals look in Telecom P for 61610 and grab the new features, just in case you have a Circle 3 cabinet. Look at the silver tag on the bottom of the unit for version number. The front of the Panasonic manual will have a list of the buttons used for stepping through the program.
