Can anybody help . I have setup a BV card on a KXT 824 with one problem - remote access. I cannot access an extension from external line to check message apart from extension 201. I am using the default BV voice message access code #201 for ext 201, #202 for ext 202, #203 for ext 203 etc. Also Can an operator transfer a call to an extension for a user to check messages???? Can anybody help?
